Canadian Cornbread

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup cornmeal (yellow or )
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cream-style corn
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour cream (can used non-fat)
Recipe
- 1 stir together corn meal, baking powder, soda and salt.
- 2 add eggs and mix together.
- 3 stir in corn, oil and sour cream.
- 4 pour into a greased 8" x 8" pan.
- 5 bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 6 serve immediately with butter, and enjoy!
