Berry Cream Muffins

Ingredients

- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups blueberries (i use frozen)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 spray muffin pan with pam.
- 2 mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- 3 add berries and toss.
- 4 combine eggs, sourcream, oil and vanilla. stir in dry ingredients.
- 5 fill each muffin 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
