Chocolate Ice Cream

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 mix sugar, flour and salt together.
  • 2 add eggs to mixture& stir.
  • 3 heat the milk and melt the chocolate in it.
  • 4 combine the mixtures and cook over med.
  • 5 low heat using heavy-bottomed pan until slightly thickened.
  • 6 cool and add the cream and vanilla.
  • 7 strain and freeze using manufacturer's instructions.
