- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs crabmeat
- 2 cups wild rice or 2 cups rice, cooked
- 2 (8 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb grated cheddar cheese, divided
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except 1/2 of cheese. sprinkle remaining cheese on top. bake at 350 until hot & bubbly(about 30 - 45 minutes).
