Crabmeat Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs crabmeat
  • 2 cups wild rice or 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb grated cheddar cheese, divided

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except 1/2 of cheese. sprinkle remaining cheese on top. bake at 350 until hot & bubbly(about 30 - 45 minutes).
