Cherry Scones (magic Bullet Express Trio)

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
- 2/3 cup dried cherries
- flour, for the work surface
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 place the meal mixer onto the base and insert the cross blade.
- 3 add all ingredients to the meal mixer in the order they are listed and pulse the bullet express about 10 to 15 times until the ingredients are mixed together.
- 4 carefully remove the dough, keeping an eye on the blade (its sharp!) and place it on the flour sprinkled surface.
- 5 roll the dough into a log and then cut into discs (cut discs in half for smaller scones).
- 6 place discs on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake until golden brown. (about 10 -13 minutes depending on oven).
