Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 (10 ounce) can chicken gravy
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix flour and chili powder.
- 2 coat chicken.
- 3 fry chicken in butter, turning often, until browned and done.
- 4 remove from pan.
- 5 stir in the gravy; heat to boiling.
- 6 return the chicken.
- 7 reduce heat to low.
- 8 simmer for 5 minutes.
- 9 sprinkle with cheese.
