Chili Powder Chicken

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) can chicken gravy
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour and chili powder.
  • 2 coat chicken.
  • 3 fry chicken in butter, turning often, until browned and done.
  • 4 remove from pan.
  • 5 stir in the gravy; heat to boiling.
