Chicken Masquerade

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 large chicken thigh, skinned and chunked
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 stalk celery, diced

Recipe

  • 1 saute chicken pieces in soy sauce.
  • 2 when chicken is about half-cooked, add wine and spices.
  • 3 mince garlic and add.
  • 4 when most of the liquid is cooked out, add celery.
  • 5 serve over rice.
