Chicken Masquerade

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 cups cooked rice 
- 1 large chicken thigh, skinned and chunked 
- 1/4 cup soy sauce 
- 1/4 cup wine 
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika 
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed 
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
- 1 garlic clove 
- 1 stalk celery, diced 
Recipe
- 1 saute chicken pieces in soy sauce. 
- 2 when chicken is about half-cooked, add wine and spices. 
- 3 mince garlic and add. 
- 4 when most of the liquid is cooked out, add celery.
