Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 12 ounces chopped deli corned beef
- 3/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350
- 2 spread sauerkraut in bottom of pan.
- 3 place corned beef over top.
- 4 spread dressing and cheese over.
- 5 bake for20 minutes.
- 6 serve with pumpernickel bread or rye crackers.
