Cracker Barrel Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup buttered bread crumb
- 1 dash paprika
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 in saucepan, melt butter. blend in flour, salt and mustard. add milk, stir constantly until sauce thickens a little. add 1 1/2 cups cheese, heat until melted, stirring. remove from heat.
- 3 meanwhile, cook macaroni as directed; drain. combine with sauce in a buttered 2 quart casserole; top with remaining cheese, then buttered bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
- 4 bake for about 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned.
