- 4 lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 trim fat and slash edges at 1 inch intervals.
- 2 in bowl, combine dry ingredients. stir in oil. rub all over chops.(can prepare a day ahead and refridgerate).
- 3 grease grill and cook until juices run clear. approx 8 minutes.
