Creamy Rosemary Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

- 2 low-carb tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
Recipe
- 1 coat pan with non-stick spray and once it is hot heat onions, rosemary and garlic until you smell the aroma.
- 2 add chicken saute until cooked.
- 3 add mushrooms and tomato's and heat until the tomatos start to peel. reduce heat and mix in the sour cream until well coated and creamy.
- 4 heat wraps until soft and place half of the mix in each and wrap.
- 5 serve hot.
