Creamy Rosemary Chicken Wraps

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 low-carb tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushroom

Recipe

  • 1 coat pan with non-stick spray and once it is hot heat onions, rosemary and garlic until you smell the aroma.
  • 2 add chicken saute until cooked.
  • 3 add mushrooms and tomato's and heat until the tomatos start to peel. reduce heat and mix in the sour cream until well coated and creamy.
  • 4 heat wraps until soft and place half of the mix in each and wrap.
  • 5 serve hot.
