Ingredients
- 3 -4 tablespoons pre-soaked oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon molasses (optional)
- 1 teaspoon protein powder
- fruit (fresh or tinned, to equivalent of about 1/2 banana)
- nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup water, depends on amount and kind of fruit used
Recipe
- 1 put everything in measuring jug and blend with stick blender.
