Breakfast Drink

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 -4 tablespoons pre-soaked oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon molasses (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon protein powder
  • fruit (fresh or tinned, to equivalent of about 1/2 banana)
  • nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water, depends on amount and kind of fruit used

Recipe

  • 1 put everything in measuring jug and blend with stick blender.
