Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1/4 cup uncooked couscous
- ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 heat milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and raisins in a saucepan over medium heat until hot and steamy. do not boil!
- 2 stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat.
- 3 let stand for 5 minutes.
- 4 sprinkle with cinnamon and serve warm.
