Breakfast Cookies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup sultana raisin

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
  • 2 in a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar together until mixture forms a smooth paste
  • 3 add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. mix in almonds, raisins and rolled oats, beat until well combined
  • 4 in a medium size bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • 5 slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and form a smooth dough.
  • 6 drop by teaspoon small amounts a greased cookie sheet placing 2 inches apart.
  • 7 bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  • 8 place on a wire rack to cool completely before storing in a container for storage.
