Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup sultana raisin
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
- 2 in a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar together until mixture forms a smooth paste
- 3 add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. mix in almonds, raisins and rolled oats, beat until well combined
- 4 in a medium size bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- 5 slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and form a smooth dough.
- 6 drop by teaspoon small amounts a greased cookie sheet placing 2 inches apart.
- 7 bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
- 8 place on a wire rack to cool completely before storing in a container for storage.
