Breakfast Delish

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 coat an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 mix all ingredients together and pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • 4 bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 5 cut into 9 squares.
  • 6 heat a teaspoon of oil in a skillet, and fry the pieces until they are brown on bother sides.
  • 7 serve with your favorite topping.
