Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 coat an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 3 mix all ingredients together and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- 4 bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 5 cut into 9 squares.
- 6 heat a teaspoon of oil in a skillet, and fry the pieces until they are brown on bother sides.
- 7 serve with your favorite topping.
