Brussels Sprouts And Spanish Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons green peppers (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons mushrooms (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • brussels sprout

Recipe

  • 1 saute for about 5 minutes the peppers, onions and mushrooms in butter.
  • 2 add tomatoes and stir and cook until sauce thickens. season with salt,pepper and oregano.
  • 3 pour sauce over cooked brussels sprouts and serve at once.
