Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons green peppers (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons onions (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons mushrooms (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- brussels sprout
Recipe
- 1 saute for about 5 minutes the peppers, onions and mushrooms in butter.
- 2 add tomatoes and stir and cook until sauce thickens. season with salt,pepper and oregano.
- 3 pour sauce over cooked brussels sprouts and serve at once.
