- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sliced blanched almond
- 1 bunch celery, thick sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
Recipe
- 1 in lg skillet, melt butter.
- 2 add almonds and saute for 1 minute.
- 3 remove almonds with slotted spoon.
- 4 add all other ingredients to skillet.
- 5 cover and cook till crisp-tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- 6 return almonds and mix well.
