Ingredients
- 2 cups gf flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. in a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. fold in chocolate chips. fill muffin cups 3/4 full. bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
