Chocolate Chip Muffins Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gf flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. in a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. fold in chocolate chips. fill muffin cups 3/4 full. bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
