Chicken With Limes

Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lime, juice of, only
- 6 fluid ounces pure apple juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 low-sodium chicken bouillon cube
Recipe
- 1 spray a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
- 2 heat over medium heat before adding the chicken breasts.
- 3 cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender and thoroughly cooked, turning to brown evenly.
- 4 remove from the skillet and keep warm.
- 5 in a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, apple juice, cornstarch and bouillon cube.
- 6 add the mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring, until thick.
- 7 spoon the sauce over the chicken to serve.
