Chicken With Limes

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 17 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lime, juice of, only
  • 6 fluid ounces pure apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 low-sodium chicken bouillon cube

Recipe

  • 1 spray a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
  • 2 heat over medium heat before adding the chicken breasts.
  • 3 cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender and thoroughly cooked, turning to brown evenly.
  • 4 remove from the skillet and keep warm.
  • 5 in a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, apple juice, cornstarch and bouillon cube.
  • 6 add the mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring, until thick.
  • 7 spoon the sauce over the chicken to serve.
