- 2 medium bananas
- 2 -3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 scoop banana ice cream or 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 3 slices bread
Recipe
- 1 make a puree of the bananas in a blender.
- 2 pour the milk and honey.

- 4 refrigerate.
