Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup hot milk
- saltine crackers or toast points
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl at high speed until smooth. bring water to a boil in a double boiler, reduce heat to simmer, pour in ingredients from blender in double boiler. heat stirring occasionally with wire wisk until melted and hot. serve over saltine crackers or toast points.
