Connie's Pie Crust

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shortening (preferably fluffo for best results, this is what my grandmother always uses.)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 for double crust:.
  • 2 bake 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • 3 single crusts:.
  • 4 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
