Canadian Bacon & Cheddar Puff

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
  • 6 english muffins, split and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 12 slices canadian bacon (about 1 lb)
  • 1 large granny smith apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 egg whites, room temperature
  • 1 1/3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley sprig
  • apple, slices

Recipe
