Brussels Sprouts And Carrots

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 lb brussels sprout, trim and fine chopped
  • 1 large carrot, fine chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pam a skillet.
  • 2 cook the onions and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
  • 3 add the sprouts, carrot, thyme and water to this and cook until water has evaporated.
  • 4 then add the bell pepper, salt, and pepper, and saute an additional minute.
