Brussels Sprouts And Carrots

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 lb brussels sprout, trim and fine chopped
- 1 large carrot, fine chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 pam a skillet.
- 2 cook the onions and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
- 3 add the sprouts, carrot, thyme and water to this and cook until water has evaporated.
- 4 then add the bell pepper, salt, and pepper, and saute an additional minute.
