Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 lb sausage
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 crumble uncooked breakfast sausage in a heavy skillet and brown.
- 2 pour off most of the fat.
- 3 sprinkle flour over the cooked sausage and mix with the fat remaining in the pan. cook a few minutes to eliminate any raw flour taste.
- 4 add milk and stir as the gravy starts to thicken.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 spoon the gravy over biscuits and eat. it's some good!
