Bbq'd Lamb Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4 lamb loin (cooked and cut into strips)
- 0.5 (12 ounce) can beer (about a 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite kind)
- 12 slices whole wheat bread (or rolls)
- shredded cheese (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan combine lamb, bbq sauce and beer.
- 2 cook over high heat until boiling.
- 3 reduce heat to med-low and cover for 10 minutes.
- 4 serve between two slices of bread and top with cheese if desired (better if the bread is toasted).
