Cranberry Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup ginger, fresh,thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh,rinsed
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 2 mint sprigs

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium sized bowl, pour boiling water over ginger and cranberries.
  • 2 cover and let stand 20 minutes.
  • 3 strain, add nutmeg and cranberry juice and stir.
  • 4 serve warm or chilled over ice cubes.
  • 5 garnish with mint.
