Cashew Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 head lettuce (chopped or torn)
  • 9 ounces chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup miracle whip light

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together just before serving.
