Carrots Anderson

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 lbs baby carrots

Recipe

  • 1 split each carrot down the middle, then in fourths.
  • 2 blend the ketchup, butter and honey with a whisk or in the blender.
  • 3 steam the carrots to desired crispness.
  • 4 add the sauce to the steamed carrots and cook a few minutes longer.
