Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits - 1 Point

Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 grind the oatmeal into a flour using your food processor.
- 3 combine the oatmeal, splenda and baking powder.
- 4 cut in butter with a pastry cutter until it resembles a course meal.
- 5 stir in buttermilk.
- 6 fold in blueberries.
- 7 place mixture into 13 mounds on a parchment lined baking pan.
- 8 bake 20 to 25 minutes.
- 9 i like to serve with a little wild honey (counting the points of course).
