Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 brown chops in oil. remove & keep warm.
- 2 add onion and pepper to skillet. cook 5 minutes. add barbecue sauce.
- 3 return chops to skillet. spoon sauce over chops and simmer 3-5 minutes, turning chops once.
