Chicken Romaine Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 1/4 lbs thin sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 2 egg whites

Recipe

  • 1 sauté chicken using pam olive oil spray. chop when cooked.
  • 2 portion romaine into 5 tupperware containers.
  • 3 chop up remaining ingridients and mix in large bowl. spoon into each tupperware.
  • 4 add chicken to each tupperware.
  • 5 refrigerate.
