Ingredients

- 1 1/4 lbs thin sliced chicken breasts
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup tomato
- 1 cup couscous
- 1/2 cup avocado
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 egg whites
Recipe
- 1 sauté chicken using pam olive oil spray. chop when cooked.
- 2 portion romaine into 5 tupperware containers.
- 3 chop up remaining ingridients and mix in large bowl. spoon into each tupperware.
- 4 add chicken to each tupperware.
- 5 refrigerate.
