Cannellini Chef Salad

Ingredients

- 2 -20 ounces canned cannellini beans
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 lb sliced ham (slivered)
- 2 ounces salami
- 1/4 lb mozzarella cheese (slivered)
- 1/4 cup sliced roasted red pepper
- lettuce
Recipe
- 1 drain beans.
- 2 mix oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper together.
- 3 stir in beans.
- 4 add ham, salami,mozzarella and peppers.
- 5 toss.
- 6 serve over lettuce.
