Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups biscuit and baking mix
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 teaspoons dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 (12 ounce) beer
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients; stir in beer just until moistened.
- 2 fill muffin cups that have been coated with cooking spray about 2/3 full of batter. bake at 375 for about 25 minutes.
