Beer-cheese Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups biscuit and baking mix
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 teaspoons dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 (12 ounce) beer

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients; stir in beer just until moistened.
  • 2 fill muffin cups that have been coated with cooking spray about 2/3 full of batter. bake at 375 for about 25 minutes.
