Crab Casserole

Ingredients

- 4 slices bread
- milk, to soften
- 1 lb backfin crab meat (or imitation crab)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- salt and pepper
- ritz cracker
Recipe
- 1 put bread in 2 quart casserole dish pour enough milk to make bread soggy.
- 2 melt butter. pour butter, worcetershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley.
- 3 and egg over bread and stir well. fold in crab meat and add salt and pepper to taste (don't need a lot). crumble ritz cracker on top and
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
