Crab Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices bread
  • milk, to soften
  • 1 lb backfin crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • salt and pepper
  • ritz cracker

Recipe

  • 1 put bread in 2 quart casserole dish pour enough milk to make bread soggy.
  • 2 melt butter. pour butter, worcetershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley.
  • 3 and egg over bread and stir well. fold in crab meat and add salt and pepper to taste (don't need a lot). crumble ritz cracker on top and
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
