Ingredients

- 125 g butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 180c. grease a 20cm x 30cm tin.
- 2 melt butter,sift flour,baking powder into a bowl. stir in cocoa,coconut and sugar. stir in melted butter and mix well. a little extra butter may be needed if it feels a bit dry. press firmly into tin.
- 3 bake 10-15 minutes.
- 4 ice while warm and cut into squares.
- 5 a little extra coconut can be sprinkled over the top of the icing if desired.
