Ingredients

- 1 lb brussels sprout, fresh
- beer, any brand,to cover
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 trim and wash sprouts.
- 2 place in a medium-size saucepan and pour enough beer over them to cover.
- 3 bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
- 4 add more beer if needed, as liquid evaporates.
- 5 drain; add salt and butter.
- 6 serve hot.
