Creamy Clam Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (14 ounce) can baby clams, with juice
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup green onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 drain juice from clams. and reserve.
  • 2 place cream cheese in a bowl; work with a fork until soft, then add clams, green onions, celery salt, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. mix well with fork.
  • 3 gradually add 3/4 of the clam juice. (adding the juice too quickly will cause it to be too runny - it should have a creamy consistency).
  • 4 refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 5 serve with chips or vegetables.
