Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 large onion
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (15 ounce) cans of roasted chopped tomatoes
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can water
- 15 -20 dried red chile japones japanese chili peppers
Recipe
- 1 roast the 15 to 20 chili peppers in a slightly oiled pan.
- 2 chop the onion and cilantro.
- 3 sautee the chopped onion in oil.
- 4 add all of the ingredients into a blender and puree.
