Ingredients

- 6 sausage patties
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet fry all the sausage patties over medium heat until cooked through. remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 2 stir the flour into the sausage drippings. slowly add the milk and salt and pepper to taste. stir constantly and more milk if necessary.
- 3 crumble the cooked sausage into the gravy mixture. continue stirring until the gravy is rich and creamy.
- 4 serve over toast or biscuits.
