- 2 scallions, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- hot sauce
- salt
- pepper

- 1 combine all ingredients and mix well. let flavors combine at least two hours before serving.
