Ingredients

- 4 gallons lamb and beans
- 4 lbs bacon
- 12 bell peppers
- 4 onions
- 6 cups brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 cook diced bacon and remove.
- 2 cook diced onion & peppers until tender, then remove.
- 3 mix the remaining ingredients in the crock pots, then add the bacon, onion, and peppers.
- 4 mix well, cook on low for 4 hours.
