California Coleslaw

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/3-1/2 cup raisins or 1/3-1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 combine the dressing ingredients and blend well.
  • 3 pour dressing over salad, add salt and pper to taste, toss and serve.
