Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/3-1/2 cup raisins or 1/3-1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 combine the dressing ingredients and blend well.
- 3 pour dressing over salad, add salt and pper to taste, toss and serve.
