Corn Salsa

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups frozen corn
  • 1/3 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 3/4 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro

Recipe

  • 1 cook up the bacon with all the seasoning, adding the onions when the bacon is about 3/4 of the way done.
  • 2 add the corn and tomatoes, and let simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is hot.
