Corn Salsa

Ingredients

- 4 cups frozen corn
- 1/3 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 3/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
Recipe
- 1 cook up the bacon with all the seasoning, adding the onions when the bacon is about 3/4 of the way done.
- 2 add the corn and tomatoes, and let simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is hot.
