- 1 (20 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a large non stick skillet and stir in corn, sugar and cornmeal.
- 2 cover and cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 season to taste with salt and pepper and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
