Crab Grass

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces cooked crabmeat (not the imitation)
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • melba rounds or cracker

Recipe

  • 1 slowly melt butter in heavy saucepan.
  • 2 add onion and saute until soft.
  • 3 add spinach to onion mixture.
  • 4 add crab meat and cheese.
  • 5 stir until just heated.
  • 6 add pepper sauce.
  • 7 serve with melba rounds.
