Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 8 ounces cooked crabmeat (not the imitation)
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
- melba rounds or cracker
Recipe
- 1 slowly melt butter in heavy saucepan.
- 2 add onion and saute until soft.
- 3 add spinach to onion mixture.
- 4 add crab meat and cheese.
- 5 stir until just heated.
- 6 add pepper sauce.
- 7 serve with melba rounds.
