Crab Fettuccine

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk or 1 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 6 ounces fettuccine

Recipe

  • 1 cook fettuccine according to label.
  • 2 heat butter and garlic in a deep frying pan on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned.
  • 3 add cream, crab and pepper to the garlic butter.
  • 4 heat for about 3 minutes or until mixture just starts bubbling, stirring occasionally.
  • 5 add parmesan cheese stirring for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
  • 6 mix crab sauce with fettucini.
  • 7 serve immediately with additional parmesan cheese (optional).
