Crab Fettuccine

Ingredients

- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk or 1 cup light cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ounces crab meat
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 6 ounces fettuccine
Recipe
- 1 cook fettuccine according to label.
- 2 heat butter and garlic in a deep frying pan on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned.
- 3 add cream, crab and pepper to the garlic butter.
- 4 heat for about 3 minutes or until mixture just starts bubbling, stirring occasionally.
- 5 add parmesan cheese stirring for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
- 6 mix crab sauce with fettucini.
- 7 serve immediately with additional parmesan cheese (optional).
