Crab Dip (hot Or Cold)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (1 7/8 ounce) package leek soup mix
  • 1 (6 ounce) package frozen crab, thawed drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce) can artichokes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
  • 2 stir together soup, sour cream, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce until blended.
  • 3 add crab, artichokes, cheese and dill. serve with crackers.
  • 4 to serve hot: use only 3/4 cup sour cream and add 4 ounces cream cheese.
  • 5 proceed as above.
  • 6 bake until bubbly.
