- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 -5 drops tabasco sauce
- 1 dash salt
- 1/3 cup boned crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- parsley
Recipe
- 1 cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- 2 remove yolks and mash in a bowl.
- 3 mix in remaining ingredients.
- 4 fill egg halves; garnish with parsley.
