Coconut And Jam Tarts

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 pinch salt
• frozen tart shell

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients together.
• 2 to your tart shell, add 1 teaspoons of jam. cover with coconut mixture. bake at 350 until browned.
